If it’s been some time since you’ve considered entering your unit in the Outrigger® Maui Eldorado℠ rental program, now may be a good time to take another look.
When you partner with Outrigger, you’ll not only have someone on Maui looking after your unit, the management company will be on-property. Every day that your unit is occupied, one of our housekeepers is inside checking for anything out of the ordinary while she provides service to your guests.
Our on-site and Denver reservation offices combined with our state of the art computer system mean that you never have to answer any of those late night or early morning phone calls, provide repetitive answers to guest questions, or even have to keep a calendar of dates your unit is occupied—Outrigger does it all for you. And Outrigger’s partnership with leading worldwide wholesale travel companies means a steady stream of potential renters for your unit. Of course, we also take care of reservations for you and your family, too.
As far as accounting goes, Outrigger provides complete owner services. We deal with payments from the guests. We pay your Transient Accommodations Tax and your General Excise Tax to the Hawaii state government every month on your behalf; there’s no need for you (or for you to pay your accountant) to file those monthly forms. You receive your rental proceeds and your monthly statement five days after the end of the month by electronic funds transfer with no trips to the bank to deposit checks.
In order to further facilitate communications with owners, our blog is updated regularly with information about Maui Eldorado and travel and economy related news in Maui and Hawaii. We also have a Facebook fan page to help develop relationships with new potential guests and to maintain contact with current guests.
